How the Association operates

Membership

All Wootton graduates are lifetime members. An alumni registry, maintained by the Secretary, keeps communication current.

Meetings: Quarterly board meetings; annual alumni meeting as needed with 14-day notice.

Executive Board

President, Executive Vice President, VP of Alumni Awards, VP of Alumni Engagement, Secretary, Treasurer.

Committees: Events, Communications, Alumni Awards, Fundraising and Scholarships, Mentorship and Student Relations; chairpersons are approved alumni volunteers.

Advisory & representation

Advisory members include the school principal (Faculty Liaison), PTA Liaison, and Founding President Emeritus. Class Year Representatives and Regional Ambassadors keep each class and region connected.

Code of conduct

We uphold integrity, respect, and service. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or actions that harm the Association or school are not tolerated. Suspension or expulsion may follow Executive Board review.

Origins

Founded July 17, 2025 by Harshit Garg to formally connect all Wootton graduates and steward the school's legacy.

Motto: "Once a Patriot, Always a Patriot."

Membership & meetings

All Wootton graduates are lifetime members. An alumni registry, maintained by the Secretary, keeps communications current.

Cadence: Quarterly Executive Board meetings; annual or reunion-aligned all-alumni meetings with at least 14 days notice.

Identity & colors

Official colors: red, white, and blue. Event attire encourages wearing school colors; branded merch is approved by Communications and EVP to stay on-brand.

Use gradients and variants thoughtfully while keeping the Patriot identity clear.

Code of conduct

We uphold integrity, personal responsibility, and respect for school and community. Zero tolerance for harassment, disruptive behavior, or actions that tarnish Wootton.

Suspension or expulsion may be enacted by the Board after due process; appeals follow the bylaws.

How we operate

Transparent, volunteer-led, and student-centered

We are a volunteer board collaborating closely with school administrators and student leaders. Every donation is directed to initiatives that celebrate Patriot achievements, foster community, and reduce barriers for current students.
