General meetings
Held at least annually with 30-day notice; agendas land 7 days prior. We open with the Pledge of Allegiance, National Anthem, and Wootton Alma Mater.
Awards & gala moments
Hall of Fame/Distinguished Alumni recognitions, “Wootton Flame” or “Sprigg Medal” honors, and scholarship spotlights—often paired with student performers and alumni stories.
Committee & board cadence
Committees meet monthly or quarterly; the Executive Board meets at least quarterly. Agendas and minutes are recorded and archived for transparency.
